Return / Refund Policy

USA DRAFTKIT ' S goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We will gladly except returns for our products if you are not completely satisfied under the following guidelines:

• Items must be returned in unused, re-sellable condition.
• There are NO RETURNS for customized items like trophies, t-shirts, or mugs unless there is a error on our part with the customizing in which case we will do whatever is necessary to correct the error.
• Refunds will be issued in the same manner of payment used for the purchase.
• Refunds will be issued for product cost, not for shipping.
• There will be a 15% or $2 minimum restocking fee to cover our costs of processing the order and return.

Some limitations to our returns policy

• Downloadable products do not carry a warranty and are not eligible for a refund.  We will work with your to try to solve the problem, and we provide extensive directions on how to use the item.  
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Any items labeled as "clearance" cannot be returned.
